When a line is down, freight matters. We despatch promptly once a part is on hand, confirm lead times up front, and offer expedited options worldwide.
Domestic shipping
- Free standard shipping on every order delivered to an Australian address.
- Parts we hold in stock are despatched the next working day after payment — the product page and checkout show the date. Most items are sourced to order — we confirm the lead time before you commit.
- Overnight and 2-day options are available on request.
International shipping (including New Zealand)
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders, including New Zealand.
- You can order online from anywhere. At checkout you pay for the parts; freight to your address is quoted and invoiced separately before despatch. Prefer one price up front? Request a quote and we’ll include freight.
- GST is not charged on orders delivered outside Australia.
- We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, DHL and freight forwarders. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver unless otherwise agreed.
What travels with your goods
Every despatch includes your invoice, the PLC Supply warranty, and our safe use and installation information. Please read the safe-use information before you install, energise or commission anything — it is also published on our Safe Use & Installation page.
Because we supply surplus equipment, the original manufacturer’s manual is often not available. If you need it, obtain it from the manufacturer before installation.
